He said, Stop looking in the rear view mirror, keep your eyes on the road ahead, and put the pedal to the metal and go!. They know more about whats ahead of them than we will know whats ahead of us. "We were like grasshoppers in our eyes, and so we were in their eyes" (Bamidbar, 13:33) In this unique syntax, the Torah teaches us a psychological principle of the greatest importance: The way you feel about yourself is how you think others perceive you.
